Orders placed on or before June 1, 2020 shipped from our international fulfillment center. The USPS is experiencing significant delays; causing many customers to experience delivery times up to 45+ days.
COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT – Due to the statewide stay-at-home order in California, our distribution center may experience a delay so our normal 24-72 processing hours can take up to the full 72 business hours (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out. Please note that some orders will still process normally within 24 hours but there is no guarantee. Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be sent out and it can take up to 5 days for the information to update as it will be handed off to USPS. This change is effective for all orders starting March 19, 2020.
The good news is we are still open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers! We have placed additional steps for sensitization of the facility and hygiene practices include social distancing protocols for our staff.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free must be purchase over USD 80.00.
NOTED: Our delivery will take 5-15 business days (6-19 calendar days). However in some cases, please expect the delay 3-5 business days (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 24 hour, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse,
depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages m to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA. Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGE FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
